The M-40 Bar & Grille was rebuilt after a nearby fire destroyed the original business. It would have been easy for this client to close up shop but rather they saw this as an opportunity to not only rebuild, but to make this bar better than ever. They created a cabin feel with plenty of wood work that was handled by the Pursley Construction craftsmen with particular attention to detail. They also managed to update all utilities and add a state of the art Air Filtration System to further update the rebuild of this local business.
